Low Carb All Natural Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe
Fantastic Valentine Day or any day dessert starters, these all-natural and delicious 3 minute fudge sauces are not just for ice cream. They're perfect for topping cake, dipping fruit, low carb crackers, cookies and chips, even celery and nuts. Bring on the games... have a dipping party! No sugar alcohols or polydextrose. Keep them in the fridge for making instant dessert makers.
- 1/2 Square Baker's Unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar Not™Spoonful™Natural Sugar Replacement with Fiber
- 1/4 teaspoon Thick It Up™ Low Carb Thickener
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
|In small, 2 cup microwave-safe bowl, combine the cocoa powder, Sugar Not™ Spoonful™ and Thick-It-Up™ thickener. Stir until well mixed. Add the water, stir again and microwave on high for a minute, just until sauce mixture boils and foams up. Be careful not to heat too long, mixture could overflow the bowl. Stir in unsweetened chocolate until melted. Add the butter, cream and vanilla. Stir until blended in. Refrigerate in sealed container for up to two months. Makes 2/3 cup fudge sauce, 1 net carb per 3 Tablespoons. Enjoy! |
|Peanut Butter Chocolate Version: |
Stir in 2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter to prepared sauce. May also be made with Carb Counter's™ Beanit Butter™
|Raspberry Chocolate Version: |
Stir in 1/4 cup fresh or frozen red raspberries until berries are broken up and well blended.
