It's easy to enjoy almost any flavor homemade Nutlettes™ granola.

If you love granola, check out this sugar-free recipe that is versatile and super easy... you start out with a Carb Counters™ Muffin Mix eliminating the need for a lot of extra ingredients to have on hand. Enjoy!


1 1/4 cup GF Nutlettes® Cereal
1 Package Cranberry Orange Low Carb Muffin Mix
1 cup Sliced almonds
3 tablespoons Sugar Not™Spoonful™Natural Sugar Replacement with Fiber
2/3 cups Water
1/4 cup Oil


Preheat oven to 300°. Have a standard size cookie sheet ready.

In medium sized bowl, combine all dry ingredients, (cereal, muffin mix, almonds and sugar substitute). Stir to mix well. Drizzle the oil and water over the mix stir with fork quickly to dampen the mixture clumps/ pieces.

Spread out over the cookie sheet and break up and apart so that you have some granola "clusters" and pieces or spread out even more to make all smaller pieces, if desired.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until granola is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 hours until completely cooled.

To prevent softening, be sure granola is completely cool before putting in sealed bag or container.

Keeps well in sealed container or bag for one month.

Makes 12 -14 rounded 1/3 cup servings, 5 net carbs per serving.

Variations (add ons):

Add 1/2 cup walnuts, peanuts or pecans
Add 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, or 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon
