I have been impressed with the products that Dixie USA produces for low carb and low sugar baking and other options. It is actually hard to find reputable products in this category and while I have my favorites among the ones I have tried, I have not had a bad experience even with the ones didn't end up being favorites for me. Many of their products have now become staples in my kitchen and are healthy alternatives that I also really like. I really appreciate having a reputable company doing this work. ~A. White -CA
