Low carb cornbread crumb mix makes it easy to coat fish, shrimp, poultry, meat or veggies with
a flavorful cornmeal-type breading.
Just coat desired pieces by first dipping in egg and then
in cornbread crumbs.
Bake in oven until golden brown, fry in skillet in 1/2″ of oil, or for deep frying, bread and fry in oil at 375°degrees.
