Shipping and Returns


For orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states, freight will be charged according to the shipping charges chart. Freight charges outside of the 48 states are added to the invoice. If special routing (air, next day, etc.) is specified, charges for that service will added to the invoice. All delivery times quoted are approximate. If paying by check, please call ahead for freight estimates.

We use FedEx and USPS ground service. Remember, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Freight charges outside of the 48 contiguous states will be added to the order prior to shipping. If special routing is specified, charges for that service will be added to the order prior to shipping.

**For shipments “Next Day” “Second Day” and “Three Day Select” you must chose these options at the end of your order, if you want an expedited delivery. The cost of these options will be shown at the bottom of your order. The freight charge is determined by total weight of your order and by the FedEx charges to your area, for these options.

Damaged & Returned Shipments

Your order is carefully packed to arrive safely. Should the shipment be damaged, immediately notify the carrier and file a claim with them. If the damage is obvious upon receipt, you may refuse the shipment. If shipments must be returned for other reasons, please read and carefully follow the instructions on the packing slip, which accompanies the shipment. Return the items to us, along with the packing slip, by UPS or insured parcel post prepaid for prompt credit or exchange. Items are not returnable after 30 days from the date received.
