Easy Low Carb Green Chile Cheese Dip Recipe
This is a super easy low carb cheese dip that can be made mild or spicy, its your choice! Makes a great snack or appetizer - take it to your next potluck, your friends will never know it's low-carb!
Ingredients
- 8oz Cream cheese
- 8oz Pepper Jack Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Small can (4.5 oz) Green chiles (drained)
Directions
Soften cream cheese in microwave-safe bowl and then mix in the pepper-jack cheese, the parmesan cheese, and the green chiles. When you've mixed it all together, put it back in the microwave on high for a minute, or until cheeses have melted. The length of time will depend on your microwave. If you're not sure whether it's done, take it out and give it a stir.
